Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company (Masdar), a subsidiary of Mubadala Investment Company, announced it has signed an agreement with French low-carbon electricity leader EDF to establish a 50:50 joint venture energy services company (ESCO).
China based event organiser CSP Focus announced that French energy company EDF will be attending the CSP Focus MENA 2018 event, which will take place in Marrakech, Morocco on June 27-28. Mr. Olivier BORDES, Development Project Director Middle-East Africa of EDF will be among the speakers at the conference.

Marubeni has entered into a partnership agreement with EDF Energies Nouvelles, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Électricité de France (EDF) to jointly invest in Laberinto Project, a 146 MW photovoltaic solar plant located in the Atacama Desert in the region of Antofagasta, Chile, which has the highest level of irradiation in the world.
