PVpallet, LLC launches first-to-market collapsible pallet system for solar modules

October 17, 2020/in Press Release, Tech & Products /by Solar Business Hub

Kirksville, Missouri, October 17, 2020  /Solar Business Hub/ –  PVpallet, LLC announced it will be producing the first-to-market renewable, collapsible, sturdy, pallet system for solar modules.

PVpallet is a solar module transportation management and protection system designed to benefit everyone throughout the industry handling solar modules.

PVpallet shipping solution improves efficiencies and reduces costs throughout the entire solar supply chain, from manufacturing, distribution, and installation to storage and waste disposal, as opposed to using wood pallets which, despite the low initial costs, generates higher lifecycle costs and inefficiencies.

Additional advantages of the PVpallet shipping solution for solar modules include:

  • High-density plastic sidewalls and crossbraces protect modules in transit.
  • Exterior walls easily adjust to fit various module sizes.
  • Walls collapse and pallets stack for easy return shipping.
  • Pallets stack up to four high to maximize warehouse space.

As PVpallet, LLC has just launched its pallet system for solar modules, it is seeking investment to make its product a reality for the world in 2021 as well as help to incorporate the PVpallet cycle program into the industry.
