Heliogen achieves breakthrough temperatures greater than 1,000°C from its concentrating solar thermal technology
Heliogen, a Bill Gates-backed U.S. clean energy company developing concentrated solar power focused on commercially replacing fossil fuels in industrial processes, announced its launch and that it has, for the first time commercially, concentrated solar energy to exceed temperatures greater than 1,000 degrees Celsius.
