Chint Solar to start construction of one of the largest solar parks in Netherlands in 2019

Solar project developer based in the Netherlands, Chint Solar, which is part of the Chint Group that supplies solar panels throughout the world through its subsidiary Astronergy, announced  that the environmental permit for the solar park Midden-Groningen in the Netherlands was approved by the Dutch Council of State on  November 14, which allows for the construction to start in the beginning of 2019.

Chint Solar inaugurates 15 MW solar park in Andijk, Netherlands

Solar project developer based in the Netherlands, Chint Solar, which is part of the Chint Group that supplies solar panels throughout the world through its subsidiary Astronergy, announced the official opening of a new 15 MW solar park in Andijk, in the municipality of Medemblik, Netherlands, on November 8th. The opening ceremony was supported by government officials of the municipality of Medemblik.

Capital Stage AG acquires two solar parks in the Netherlands totalling 48 MW

Hamburg-based solar and wind park operator Capital Stage announced on December 4 that it has for the first time acquired two solar parks in the Netherlands. The solar parks have a total generation capacity of 47.6 megawatts (MW) and are expected to be connected to the grid in October 2018.

Nissan Starts Building Netherlands’ Largest Collective Solar Roof

The Nissan Motor Parts Center in Amsterdam announced this month that is it has begun the construction of the largest collective solar roof in the Netherlands. It consists of 8,911 panels, each able to generate 2.7 million kWh. Part of the project has been financed by crowdfunding via ZonnepanelenDelen [Solar Panel Bonds].
